Thank you for volunteering to coordinate your team's Sport A Shirt, Share A Night
​2022 efforts!

As Team Captain, you will be our ambassador within your team throughout the campaign. You are asked to:
  1. Sell $15 RMH T-shirts to team members, track your team order, and collect payments.
  2. Pick-up your team's order on April 14th or 15th and distribute shirts to team members.
  3. Remind team members to wear their shirts on April 29th, 2022 and/or any 4th Friday Wear Day! 
  4. Share a team picture on your social media accounts and tag @rmhofcharlotte using #RMHSAS and send the picture to ​kristin@rmhofcharlotte.org.
Important Dates
Order Deadline: Monday, March 28th, 2022
  • For teams participating in online sales: Team members must submit individual orders and payment through your team's unique ordering website provided to your team captain.
  • For teams participating in offline sales: Team captain must mail/email Paper Order Form or submit Online Order Form for entire team's order.
  • Any additional sizes needed after this date may be ordered when you pick-up your shirts on pick-up day.
 T-Shirt Pick-up Day(s):  April 14th and 15th, 2022 
  • Full payment is due upon order pick-up.
  • If you are unable to pick-up your shirts on your scheduled day, please contact isobel@rmhofcharlotte.org to schedule an alternative pick-up time.

  • Team Captain Overview: Printable list of team captain responsibilities, reminders and important dates to keep at your desk or home.
  • Sample Flyer: To help advertise your T-shirt sales in your office, school or neighborhood.
  • Sample Email Text: To send to team members to promote sales.
  • Order Tracker (for teams doing offline sales only): To help track orders and payments from each team member. NOTE: This is for internal tracking only. Team Captains must submit their final team order using our Paper Order Form or Online Order Form.​
