Requests for guest rooms at the Ronald McDonald House must be made through the provider/referring partner where the child is receiving medical treatment. A healthcare provider or social worker will submit a request on a family's behalf.
If you are a family looking to request a room at the House, please contact your healthcare provider or social worker to begin the registration process.

*Please note, completing a family room registration does not guarantee room availability. Because of the large volume of room requests, the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Charlotte does not reserve rooms or accept reservations. Once the family registration has been submitted the Family Services Manager will call your family to confirm room availability.
