ADOPT-A-ROOM
Imagine everything it takes to run your own home. Now multiply that by 28. Our incredible 35,000 square-foot House hosts 28 family rooms and is so much more than just a place to sleep at night. It’s a meal shared with another family in our dining room. It’s the warmth of a cozy couch in the living room while you catch up on the news. It's the peace of mind of having a place to do laundry. We are equipped with all of the things that our families need to take care of themselves, so they can focus on the care of their children.
To operate the Ronald McDonald House, it costs approximately $130/night per room. Families who stay at the House are encouraged to make a $15 night donation, but families are never turned away if they cannot contribute. With mounting medical bills and travel costs, only about 30% of our families are able to pay even this modest amount for their stay at the House. |
